Oral Surgeons of southern Illinois

For us to be able to assist you in your oral surgery needs we require a referral from a general dentist office. We ask for the referral to be sent to our office prior to an appointment being made. Your office may fax (618-628-3406) or e-mail (frontdesk@oralsurgeonsil.com) the referral to us along with your current phone number and any relevant images. After receiving the referral our office will call you to gather information and schedule an appointment.
